Company Overview
BullFrog AI is a technology company delivering best-in-class AI solutions—including its bfLEAP® platform, originally developed at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab—to help biopharma partners make smarter, faster decisions across the drug development spectrum. Operating with a focused, highly efficient structure, each new partnership offers significant upside potential. The Company is actively engaged in discussions with several prospective pharma partners while expanding commercial reach through its global Sygnature Discovery collaboration, expected to generate meaningful near-term revenue with far larger opportunities ahead. Through its exclusive access to the world’s largest repository of human brain data from the Lieber Institute, BullFrog has already identified multiple novel targets in neuropsychiatric disorders, an area defined by long-duration treatment use and attractive revenue-sharing potential. In oncology, BullFrog’s work with Eleison Pharmaceuticals recently led to an abstract acceptance at the 2026 ASCO GI Symposium, a major validation of the Company’s technology that could become a powerful commercial catalyst when data is released around January 2026.
Value Proposition
BullFrog AI aims to transform drug discovery and development by delivering precision insights through artificial intelligence. Its bfLEAP® platform—originally developed at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab—analyzes complex biomedical data to uncover patterns and relationships that traditional tools routinely miss. Paired with bfPREP™, BullFrog’s AI-powered data standardization engine, the Company provides partners with a seamless, end-to-end solution for converting messy, multimodal datasets into decision-ready intelligence that can accelerate R&D, reduce risk, and improve the odds of clinical success.
The Company’s commercial model is designed for scale and efficiency. A collaboration with Sygnature Discovery, a leading CRO, brings BullFrog Data Networks™ to biopharma clients globally and is expected to generate $15–$30 million revenue through 2028, establishing a strong foundation with minimal incremental expense. Because BullFrog operates with a highly efficient cost structure, each new partnership delivers meaningful financial leverage, especially as enterprise clients expand from initial modules into multi-solution engagements.
A core strategic advantage is BullFrog’s exclusive access to the world’s largest human brain data repository through the Lieber Institute, enabling discovery of novel targets in neuropsychiatric disorders, an area defined by chronic treatment regimens and substantial long-term revenue-sharing potential. This unique dataset has already revealed multiple new targets, positioning BullFrog as a sought-after collaborator among large pharmaceutical companies seeking innovations in mental health.
The Company is also actively engaged in discussions with several top-tier pharma organizations across neuroscience and oncology, with potential relationships structured to include upfront payments, milestones, and long-term revenue sharing. BullFrog’s combination of exclusive data, validated technology, and efficient execution makes these partnerships particularly attractive and allows for multiple “shots on goal” with significant upside.
Validation of the platform continues to strengthen. BullFrog’s collaboration with Eleison Pharmaceuticals led to an abstract acceptance at the 2026 ASCO GI Symposium—one of oncology’s most respected venues—highlighting the ability of bfLEAP® and bfPREP™ to identify patient subgroups that may benefit from treatment. When the data are released around January 2026, this could become a major commercial catalyst and further elevate the Company’s visibility among global pharma partners.
With cutting-edge technology, exclusive data access, a capital-efficient operating model, expanding commercial reach, and multiple high-value partnerships on the horizon, BullFrog AI is exceptionally well positioned to create meaningful, scalable value as the biopharma industry accelerates its shift toward AI-powered drug development.
