Trinity Bio (TRIB) is a client of RedChip Companies. TRIB agreed to pay RedChip Companies, Inc. a $7,500 monthly cash fee, beginning in June 2024, for 12 months of investor awareness services. TRIB also agreed to pay RedChip a one-time $50,000 fee for a national TV ad campaign aired weekdays from June 3 to June 26, 2024, and a one-time $40,000 fee for a national TV ad campaign aired air weekdays from July 9 to July 23, 2024, a one-time $40,000 fee for a national TV ad campaign aired air weekdays from October 1 to October 18, 2024, a one-time $20,000 fee for a national TV ad campaign aired air weekdays from November 6 to November 12, 2024, and a one-time $40,000 fee for a national TV ad campaign aired weekdays from December 27, 2024 to January 10, 2025, a one-time $40,000 fee for a national TV ad campaign aired weekdays from April 16 to April 30, 2025, and a one-time $117,500 fee for a four-week national TV ad campaign aired weekdays from August 1 to August 26, 2025.

Investor awareness services and programs are designed to help small-cap companies communicate their investment characteristics. RedChip investor awareness services include the preparation of a research profile(s), multimedia marketing, and other awareness services.
