James’ academic background includes a Master’s in Finance and Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. James is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and a member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).

His earlier experience includes senior advisory roles at Bell Financial Group and institutional equity sales at Southern Cross Group. Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Finance and Business Law from The University of Sydney.

Tim Broadfoot is a dynamic and highly focused corporate executive known for his ability to excel in finance, asset management, and strategic operations. Tim brings over a decade of experience in finance, corporate advisory, and asset management. He has held key roles at leading organisations such as Defender Asset Management and a NASDAQ-listed digital infrastructure company, where he played a crucial part in corporate strategy and financial oversight. Additionally, Tim serves as a Director for several companies, including Bare Media Holdings and Broadfoot Group.

Dan Mons brings over two decades of leadership experience in the technology sector across 10 countries. He has led the technical design, security planning, and training teams for government, AI/ML, media, HPC, research, finance, and software development in Australia, the US, the UK, Asia, and Europe. Dan is committed to driving effective change while maintaining security objectives and ensuring team members deliver business success and meet customer needs.

Wolf Schubert brings over 25 years of expertise in technology, finance, and risk management. With a rare ability to merge technical precision with financial acumen.

Wolf’s career began with dual degrees in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, followed by a master’s from Princeton. He transitioned from engineering to finance, making his mark at top-tier firms like Goldman Sachs , J.P. Morgan , and Merrill Lynch. He further built a reputation in private equity as Chief Risk Officer at Vista Equity Partners and Strategic Value Partners and later expanded into fintech with a senior role at BlockFi.

Ross Barrows is Head of Capital Strategy and Investor Relations at SHARON AI. This role includes creating and executing the debt & equity strategy for SHARON AI‘s capital needs, as well as engagement with both current and future investors and stakeholders.

Prior to joining SHARON AI in 2025, Ross was an Equity Research Analyst who headed up Wilsons Advisory’s Technology Research franchise in Melbourne, Australia. Ross has more than 25 years’ experience in financial services having worked in both Australia and the US. He joined Wilsons Advisory in mid-2020 and before that, spent ~14 years at Citigroup, where he led the Small Cap Equity Research franchise. Prior to Citigroup, he worked in both Corporate Finance and High Net Worth advisory roles in Melbourne and San Francisco (Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and then Thomas Weisel Partners).

Ross’ approach to research was one of both breadth and depth; keeping a broad enough lens to stay abreast of the ongoing evolution of the technology sector while ‘diving-deep’ into specific topics to analyse the granularity when and where needed. Kat is a highly experienced human resources leader with over 15 years of expertise in people management, corporate governance, and organisational culture. As Head of HR at SHARON AI, she oversees the company’s human capital strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, compliance, and fostering a high-performance team culture during this period of rapid global expansion.

Prior to joining SHARON AI, Kat held senior leadership and directorship roles across the asset management and tourism sectors, and served as Company Secretary for an ASX listed entity, where she managed complex regulatory environments and strategic advisory. Her multidisciplinary background is supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology).

Linton is a recognized growth leader in the Australian and APAC tech landscape with over 25 years of leadership at global technology icons including IBM, Microsoft, and Rackspace. Most recently serving as CRO at Vault Cloud, he brings specialized expertise in scaling high-security, critical infrastructure.
