Jupiter Neurosciences (JUNS) is a client of RedChip Companies, Inc. JUNS agreed to pay RedChip Companies, Inc. a $8,500 monthly cash fee, beginning in January 2025, for six month of investor awareness services. In May 2025, JUNS agreed to pay RedChip companies a $10,000 cash fee after its stock regained $1.00 per share. JUNS also agreed to pay RedChip a one-time $45,000 fee for a 10-day national TV ad campaign aired weekdays May 23, 2025 to June 6, 2025, and a one-time $45,000 fee for a 10-day national TV ad campaign aired weekdays in February 2025.
