CNTB agreed to pay RedChip Companies, Inc. a $12,500 monthly cash fee, beginning in March 2025, for six month of investor awareness services. CNTB also agreed to pay RedChip a $50,000 fee for a 10-day national TV ad campaign aired weekdays from March 17 through March 28, 2025, a $75,000 fee for a 10-day national TV ad campaign aired weekdays from May 5 through May 16, 2025, and a $75,000 fee for a 10-day national TV ad campaign aired weekdays from July 14 through July 25, 2025.
