What Insider Buying May Tell Us

Insider buying is a screen many institutions use to determine whether a stock may be a buy. Insider buying may be a sign that management believes the stock is undervalued at current levels. Insider buying may also be used to bolster or strengthen the stock. Either way, one can find situations that warrant attention.
