L&L Energy Appoints Strategic Advisor 6/5/2012 6:00:00 AM SEATTLE, June 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- L & L Energy, Inc. (LLEN) ("L&L" or "the Company"), a U.S. company with a five-year track record of profitable businesses, has appointed Mr. Mohan Datwani as Strategic Advisor. Mr. Datwani will work with the Company on corporate strategy, including relating to the implementation of the Company's stock repurchase program, as appropriate. Mr. Datwani was formerly a partner of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a U.S.-based international law firm. He has represented leading global financial institutions and advised on energy projects, corporate acquisitions, and capital raisings. He was formerly part of senior management of an energy and resource developer, operating in Mongolia, which is publicly traded in Hong Kong. Since Mr. Datwani joined L&L in 2011, his role has expanded to actively advising management. He is admitted as a solicitor in England, Wales and Hong Kong and holds an LLB from the University of Hong Kong and an MBA (with Distinction) from the University of Iowa. Based in Hong Kong, Mr. Datwani speaks fluent English and Chinese and frequently travels to China for business.
