You can have a great technology, a great product or service, but with the wrong management team, with the wrong CEO, things can go badly wrong. Jim Collins’ book, Good to Great, talks about level 5 leaders and their qualities. One of the qualities of great leaders is humility, a lack of hubris, a willingness to give others credit, and to admit when one is wrong.
