Dave Gentry
President of RedChip Companies and CEO
Dave Gentry received his Masters of Education from the University of Florida in 1993. After teaching English at a public high-school for four years, he co-founded the First Amendment Coalition in 1994. He has received national and international attention for his work in defending free-speech rights on college campuses.
His work with the First Amendment Coalition has been written about in the Wall Street Journal™, the Boston Globe™, the London Times™, and several other publications. He is a published writer and has appeared on numerous radio talk shows, including The Voice of America and the Kamber O'Leary Report.
In 1996, he earned the Republican nomination for the 5th district of Florida in a run for the U.S. House of Representatives. Though he did not win the general election, he used his experience to further his career in public relations. After spending five years as an investor relations professional, he founded the Aurelius Consulting Group in 2001 and purchased RedChip Companies in August 2005.
Mr. Gentry is a frequent speaker at conferences and a leading authority in the financial relations small-cap equities market. He has been interviewed by CNBC and has been a presenter at the New York Society of Security Analysts. In 2009, he was a featured speaker for American Television in China (ATC) at their Guiyang Festival.

Ben Wang
Managing Director of RedChip China
An experienced banker and business executive with 25 years experience in China and on Wall Street, Ben serves as President of Eon Capital International Ltd., a Hong Kong-based consulting firm, which provides strategic advisory and investment service to the large and middle-size Chinese companies. Prior to joining Eon Capital, Ben served as Vice President on different posts at JP Morgan Chase & Co. for twelve years. His excellent management performance has made him a winner of the bank’s “Leadership Award” five times.
Since 1998, Ben has been frequently interviewed by major Chinese media, such as CCTV and Phoenix TV, on different topics related to world economy and capital markets. He is also enthusiastically engaged in numerous non-profit organization activities and currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Chinese Association for Science & Business and as board member of the Chinese American Bankers Association.
Ben received his M.S. from Xi’an Jiao-Tong University in early 1983 and an M.A in Economics from Illinois State University in 1992.

Michael Shen
Managing Director of RedChip China
Michael began his business career in 1995 as a junior level bank officer for the Agricultural Bank of China, one of the "Big Four" banks in China, and then as a sales manager for Guilin Boshita, a provider of office supplies, in 1997. Michael has been a professor of marketing at Stetson University since 2008. Prior to that, he was a professor of marketing at Dominican University, River Forest, Illinois.
Michael has a broad knowledge of marketing theory and practice and his works have been published in prestigious marketing journals. His research interests include product and pricing strategies, financial service marketing, marketing intelligence, and marketing issues in China.
Michael received a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Alberta in Canada, a Master in Finance and a Bachelor in Engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China.

JP Yoo
Managing Director of RedChip Korea
Mr. Yoo began his finance career as a research analyst in the Private Client and Wealth Management Department of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. (OPY: NYSE) He specialized in all matters related to publicly traded companies on the NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX, with a focus on creating customized unique solutions for Executives and Directors of publicly traded companies in both the United States and overseas.
Then Mr. Yoo relocated to Korea to take an offer to work as a money manager in the treasury department for Hyundai LCD.
In 2007 Mr. Yoo co-founded Vitamin Depot in Korea where he managed the company's corporate finances as its CFO.
He earned a B.A in Finance from Baruch College at The City University of New York.

OkSoo Park
Managing Director of RedChip Korea
Mr. Park began his professional career as a reporter for ChonNam newspaper, he spent over 10 years there. During that time, he was very politically active in the State of ChonRaNamDo. He served the State of ChonRaNamDo as a special advisor and as a member of the Elective Assembly. After his career as a reporter, he started working in the construction and real estate industry in Korea. Mr. Park worked very closely with the State of ChonRaNamDo and many major construction and development companies on various high profile projects in the region. His major focuses was on important municipal projects, he was heavily involved in municipal finance and development aspects. He has served as a director of various major construction companies and real estate development companies in Korea.
Mr. Park earned a degree in Oriental Medicine and currently has a license to practice.

Brad Kline
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Kline began his career in financial public relations in 1996. Prior to joining RedChip Companies, Mr. Kline served as the Regional Sales Manager for First Fidelity Financial Group. He is a registered representative securities broker holding series 7 & 24 licenses.
Mr. Kline joins RedChip as the Vice President of Sales leading the expansion of the sales and investment banking divisions. He earned a B.A. in Finance from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Jon Cunningham
Director of Investor Relations
Prior to joining RedChip Companies, Mr. Cunningham was a registered investment advisor for the Principal Financial Group and held series 7, 52, 63, 65 licenses, as well as Life and Health insurance licenses. Prior to joining Principal, Mr. Cunningham was a stockbroker for Olde Discount Corporation. Earlier in his career Mr. Cunningham managed the Midwest Division of Quality Assurance for Amtrak in Chicago. In his spare time, he enjoys running.

Matthew Kantrowitz
Director of Equity Research
Director of Equity Research Matthew Kantrowitz began his finance career as a Junior Research Associate at Gibraltar Securities (known today as RBC Dain Rauscher), a full service brokerage firm in New Jersey. In 2000, Matt relocated to the Southeast and earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance. Matt owned and operated a private retail business in Orlando, Florida, where he oversaw finance and operations and developed marketing strategies for the sale of consumer electronics. He holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida. Matt is a CFA candidate with a focus on the technology sector.

Allison Taylor
Communications Director
Ms. Taylor has a broad-based communications background that includes corporate media, editorial services and public relations. She began her editing career working for netLibrary.com as supervisor of a team of electronic book editors from 2000–2001. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1999, she worked as an environmental and real estate administrator for an international mining company, Tarmac, where she assisted in property management, corporate communications and public relations.
In 2001, Ms. Taylor began working for Boulder County, Colorado, first in the County Attorney’s Office, assisting in real estate research, website development, corporate video editing and content management projects. While at Boulder County, she completed extensive coursework in digital media design at the Art Institute of Colorado and, in 2005, was promoted to Open Space Program Specialist for Boulder County Parks and Open Space. In this capacity, she oversaw public relations and corporate communications for the department, including press release writing and website content development until December 2006.
After relocating to Florida, Ms. Taylor worked as a contract editor in Math & Science for Harcourt Education (now Houghton Mifflin Harcourt) in their digital media department until joining RedChip in October 2007 to oversee their corporate communications including press releases, blogs, and marketing publications. Allison is also a freelance writer with a passion for blogging on politics, economics and philosophy.

John Welch
IT Director
Prior to joining RedChip Companies, Mr. Welch developed applications for a $5 billion (dollar)/year mortgage banker and was a programmer with the Ohio state software development team for Ohio schools' accounting systems. In addition to his experience in the IT field, Mr. Welch held engineering positions in the plastic injection molding industry, included co-founding Spectrum Design Group Inc., a full service engineering design firm. Mr. Welch joined RedChip Companies in September 2007, where he oversees all IT and computer operations of the company and maintains its corporate website: RedChip.com. Mr. Welch earned his B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana and has completed extensive course work in software development.

Gary McKenzie
Director of Media
Gary got his boyhood start helping his father build and operate the family radio station WJRM in Troy, North Carolina to setting up recording studios in Hollywood for Frank Sinatra, The Mamas and Papas, and The Beach Boys to news anchor on most of the major radio networks and now host of a daily network financial talk program.
Gary's radio experience includes executive positions at top-rated stations in New York, hometown Los Angeles, and Miami. He founded two Business Radio stations in Washington, D.C. and was morning anchor at RKO, America's first satellite delivered radio network and also sat in the anchor chair at CBS, NBC, and Mutual networks. He now hosts RedChip Small-Cap Radio on an all major-market radio network.
