Thomas Pfister
Director of Research
Mr. Pfister is a Level II CFA Candidate and has spent the last five years researching and writing on emerging growth companies in a variety of industries, including metals and mining, oil and gas, technology, software and emerging market stocks. Thomas Pfister earned his B.S. degree in Finance summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida and is a member of the academic honor society Phi Beta Kappa.


Paul Resnik, CFA
Equity Research Consultant
Mr. Resnik is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Registered Supervisory Analyst with over 40 years of research and management experience. Prior to joining RedChip, he served as Chief Market Strategist and Supervisory Analyst at Olympia Capital Markets Group. Previously, he was Director of Research and Supervisory Analyst at Dutton Associates. He has also served as Senior Vice President at Smith Barney. At its predecessor firm, Shearson Lehman Brothers, Mr. Resnik advised equity research analysts as a member of the Lehman Brothers Equity Research Department Investment Policy Committee. He was Director of Equity Research Marketing at E.F. Hutton and has also served in research capacities at Paine Webber and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Resnik graduated from Hobart College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is a member of the CFA Institute.
Stanley Ng
Research Analyst
Stanley Ng has over 20 years of research experience in the Hong Kong, China and Japan stock markets with foreign and HK listed stockbrokers. He has been Head Of Research for several brokerage firms in the city. Most recently he served as research director for Universal Investment (HK) Ltd., and His prior firms included Tung Tai Securities Limited, Drake & Morgan/Rexcapital Securities, and Standard Chartered Securities Ltd. He holds a BSc from Tennessee Tech University, and a MSc from Texas Tech University.
Denise Resnik
Research Analyst
Denise Resnik's career in the pharmaceutical industry has spanned more than 35 years. For over 25 years, she has consulted to large, global pharmaceutical companies and smaller biotechnology companies in the areas of new drug development and clinical research education programs designed to advance research and innovation in academic medicine and public health. Ms. Resnik also conducts independent financial analysis of emerging, publicly-traded biotech companies. Prior to consulting, Ms. Resnik held pre-clinical and clinical research staff positions at Pfizer, Astra Pharmaceuticals and the Children’s Hospital of Harvard Medical School. Ms. Resnik holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Clark University and a master's degree in pharmacology from Northeastern University.
Denice Copeland
Equity Research Analyst
Ms. Copeland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Florida Gulf Coast University. She speaks fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese and is a CFA level 1 candidate. Ms. Copeland has covered ADR companies in South America and followed emerging market and technology stocks. Prior to joining RedChip, Ms. Copeland worked as an Analyst for the Regional Economic Research Institute where she helped research a groundbreaking study on the status of women in Southwest Florida.
Hock Meng, Tay CAIA
Equity Research Analyst
Tay holds a Masters of Arts degree in Economics from Central Michigan University. Prior to joining Redchip, Tay worked as a hedge fund junior analyst for approximately five years with Touchstone Investment Managers, LLC based in Portland, Oregon. Tay is currently stationed in Singapore, covering companies in the education, energy, and technology sectors. Tay is conversant with both English and Chinese languages. Tay is a Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) holder since October 2011.
